It's such a shame that you tried to make this some kind of business venture, and directing people to a now non existent website for the full recipe. Without correct weights & measures, this video is almost completely pointless; why don't you do a good thing and add the recipe to the description, or? just take down this video?

hmmmm...there aren't really many alternatives. A? themometer used for meat is not accurate enough. They aren't too expensive, so if you like this sort of thing, you might consider investing in one.

Sure, you can use either,? but green apples will stay crisper. The others, especially the golden ones would more than likely get soggy.

great recipe, definitely going to try it, but is it possible to cut the apple first in? smaller size and then coat it, rather than the whole apple, cause then it would a great dessert for fingerfood-only party. I'm a student, i don't have a chair ^^.
